It was so nice to have you guys down. We had a ball.

Hope you are having a good time everyone! Miss you all very much. My Big Project at Work is finished. Ahh. I can relax a bit and fall back to the usual insane pace at work. Jess is Kicken it in another semester at Indiana University. Stephanie is working at a Law office, earing money for her first semester and BYUI.

Big game this week. Madison Beat Jennings County High 35 to 32

This game was exciting from beginning to end. Geoff held his ground all night playing both on Defense and offense. We all screamed ourselves silly

Geoff at Sectionals jumping a personal best at 6'2". He came in third and easily qualified for Regionals, which is this Thursday. Brian says Geoff jumps higher as a Sophomore than he did way back when. It's extra exciting for Geoff to beat his "old" man.

Spring walks in the cool trees.

The local Redwoods make for a great family walk. A beautiful example of nature-inspired courage is boldly displayed everyday in Santa Cruz. Two magnificent groves of ancient redwoods give powerful evidence there is hope for humans in their interface with nature. At State Parks in Felton, the Cowell Redwoods and at Big Basin we can experience a natural wonder. These old growth marvels were spared man's rapacity, and that is a great story. We are great to be apart of this wonder.

A Wild Kingdom NEW YEARS

A little holiday kicking up some dirt in the outback. We did the wild ride through wild kingdom and we were just a little bit nervous about the huge horns on almost every thing there along with big teeth and claws. Luckily we had our trail guide Spike to protect us. He took our picture so you don't see his weathered outback face. It was a fun filled couple of days in Napa, Ca. Grape juice country. Besides the New Years celibration at the Peanuts museum (Charles Shultz), we stayed up until midnight to see the SLV fireworks. What a way to end a year.
