The snow was so heavy and thick. We were surprised we were able to get out without getting stuck. The kids have never been in this much snow before swirling around their smiliing faces. You can tell we are beach people who don't get around snow much.
We were in a snow storm in the Calif Sierra mountains north of Yosemite near Dodge Ridge Ski resort.
We had lots of fun.
I guess this is the season for snow boarding in the mountains. Hank's first time was a great success. He went down more difficult runs from top to bottom without falling. That's more than I can say for myself. I'm just glad I didn't break something other than my pride.We had lots of fun.
